FAQs
It says my receipt isn't valid, what do I do?
For our system to read the receipts the following information needs to be visible:
- The Store’s information
- The total amount spent
- The date of purchase
Some stores may have older receipts that have no identification on them. We are currently working on a system for those store receipts that will work with the new app. These older receipts can be processed manually by sending via the email address found in the app menu.
Why was my receipt rejected?
The receipt must be scanned within 24 hours of the purchase. Also, please note that you must wait 3 hours before submitting each receipt to allow our system to process it or it will be rejected.
Why is my store not showing up in the app?
As all of the DQ® restaurants throughout Texas are individually owned and operated franchises, some of the operators may choose to not participate in the DQ® Texas App. Please use the store locator within the app to find participating stores.
